The Post Brewing Company will open an outpost at The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park this summer.
Already in Lafayette, Longmont, Boulder and Denver, The Post will serve its craft beers and fried chicken from this fifth location inside the historic Stanley Hotel’s Carriage House, which is undergoing renovation.
At the new Estes Park restaurant and brewery, diners will be able to sit on a patio against a mountain backdrop. The Post will take up more than 4,000 feet inside the former Stanley Motor Carriage Company garage.
“Living in Boulder as a kid, I grew up eating fudge and riding go-karts in Estes my whole life,” The Post founder Dave Query said in a press release.
“It was always a seasonal tourist market, but seeing the work that’s being done at The Stanley and how busy long-time restaurants in town and newcomers like Bird & Jim and Smokin’ Dave’s BBQ & Brew are, it’s clear that Estes is evolving into a strong year-round dining market.”
